You are invited to join one of the activities below. Please note that the tours have different start and end times.
- Nature walking tour (14:00–15:30)
The tour focuses of Salpausselkä Unesco Geopark which has internationally significant geological sites and landscapes. A visit to Lanu Sculpture Park is included.
Starting point: Sibelius Hall - Wood and design in Lahti (14:00–15:30)
Lahti is renowned for design and wooden design in particular. The tour includes visits to Pro Puu Gallery presenting wood related art and the Wood Architecture Park by the lake Vesijärvi.
Starting point: Sibelius Hall - Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva (15:30–17:00)
Malva is a new museum of visual arts that unites two museums from Lahti – the Lahti Art Museum and the Poster Museum – and brings together their thrilling content and impressive exhibitions under one roof.

Since the point of full stop prevention has passed, this session analyses how museums in risk zones operate and how museums can get prepared by calculating risks that they most likely will face.

This session explores the scale from activism to taking action, for instance by analysing the different positions and perspectives of museum representatives and (climate) activists.
In a Slam format, museum professionals summarise the small and big steps of climate action in museums.

Special tours
Although the conference officially is finished, we have arranged two special tour opportunities. On your way back from Lahti to Helsinki on Wednesday 22 November, you have the option to attend one of the following activities:
- Tour of Heureka Science Centre in Vantaa
The train travel back to Helsinki from Lahti passes by Heureka allowing for a convenient a stop on the way. Heureka can be reached in 5 minutes by foot from the train station. Travel is organised individually by the participants.
Meeting point: Heureka Science Centre at 11:00 - Individual visits to Oodi or Amos Rex in Helsinki
