Abstract:

Dance Well Practice

This participatory session is a movement practice based on Dance Well, an inclusive artistic practice originally developed with and for people living with Parkinson’s, but open and adjustable for different contexts. It’s built on guided improvisation, with use of imagination and in dialogue with artworks. Participants are invited to explore dance as a space for agency, connection, individual and collective expression.
