Eva Koppen

Eva Koppen has been involved in the Association of European Jewish Museums (AEJM) for over 10 years, originally heading its management and nowadays as curator and producer of the capacity building programme Museum Education Seminar and Trainings (MEST).

Alongside her work for the AEJM, she is working as a freelance consultant and project manager in the museum sector, for instance of exhibitions. Eva has a strong focus on managing international collaborative projects, exhibitions and networks, and on creating professional development opportunities for museums. Graduate in both History and Museum Studies at the University of Amsterdam (NL). Since 2020, Eva is a member of the NEMO Executive Board.

At NEMO’s European Museum Conference 2023, Eva Koppen will moderate the panel “Taking Action on Climate” on Tuesday, 21 November.
