First Meeting of the Commission Expert Group on Cultural Heritage

At the meeting, which took place in Brussels, Belgium, NEMO made sure to bring forward the point of view of the museum community in regards to cultural heritage.

The purpose of the Group is to promote public policies that ensure the long-term value and sustainability of Europe's cultural heritage based on an integrated approach. It will provide advice and expertise, as well as serve as a platform for consultation and exchange of information on cultural heritage policies to support the implementation of the European Framework for Action for Cultural Heritage.
