A New NEMO Year is Approaching

As March turns to April we leave the old NEMO year behind and enter the next chapter. We especially look forward to the upcoming NEMO activities. First up is a joint study visit of the NEMO Working Groups Museums and Creative Industries and LEM, who meet from 26-28 April in Dublin, Ireland. There are still free spaces for the study visit - if you want to become a member of a working group and join the visit, email us at office@ne-mo.org!

The European Year of Cultural Heritage has already been happening for three months! Don't forget to apply with your project or initiative for the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 label. NEMO can award projects and events with the EYCH label, which guarantees visibility on a European level. All awarded projects also have the chance to be selected to present their activities at NEMO's Annual Conference in Valletta from 15-18 November. Accommodation and travels will be covered by NEMO. Learn more about obtaining the label here!

On 29 June, Jamtli Foundation and the Nordic Centre of Heritage Learning and Creativity invite members to an International Training Course focusing on regional development through heritage in Sweden. NEMO members can participate free of charge and are supported by travel grants. Non-members can participate for a fee of 250 euros. Find the call for applications here.

After moving comes the NEMO office warming party! On Tuesday, 27 March we invite you to the our new office at Mohrenstraße 63, 10117 Berlin. The office doors on the fourth floor will be open for members, partners and friends between 16:30-19:00. We look forward to raise our glasses for a new office and a new NEMO year with you.
